Vintage Ampex slow motion controller, model SMC 60. These are incredibly rare, and were used for instant replays in live broadcast. From what I can tell, this particular model was made in the late 60's or early 70's. The first model, the SMC 100, had an analog dial face for the time code - this appears to have a digital LED display instead.

I don't know a lot about this, nor do I have any way to test functionality, but it looks really nice and all the buttons have a good solid mechanical feel to them. In incredible physical condition for the age with built in metal case included as shown.
