Vintage Rare Richard Sachs Bike #283 CycleArt Campagnolo Shimano Dura Ace Zipp

Here's a rare opportunity to own a very desirable vintage Richard Sachs Road Race Bike. It was repainted by CycleArt by a previous owner in the late 80's and was also spaced to 130 at the rear to accommodate modern rear wheels. Some details on the frame include: sachs lugs, cut-outs, and forks which have the "playing cards" sleeves inside the fork crown, a signature touch for custom builds in the late 70's. Also has all the lugs, the head tube lugs, the seat tube cluster and the bottom bracket shell all have either a "heart" shaped cut-outs painted in yellow. Also, the rear drop outs have a cutout which has been painted in yellow as well.. The fork crown has the "RS" Pantos.

Another Custom signature touch by the master. Frame measures a 57cm center to center along the seat tube and 56cm along the top tube. These two measurements are important. It has a 1 inch head tube and has a campagnolo headset.

It fits 700c wheels and has lots of room for wider tires if needed. If you need other measurements please let me know. The group: Shimano DA 9100 cranks, pedals, shifter/brifters, derailleurs, Ultegra: Calipers.

All I need to do is run the shifter cables to the derailleurs and tighten up the Bottom Bracket (Bullseye BB)! Also throw a new chain on it. The Dura Ace chain will be included. There are a few chips and tiny scratches here and there making this beast the perfect bike for a daily rider. After a few years of joyful riding, you could strip down, and repaint your favorite Sachs frame colors. And restore with a full campy NR/SR group!
