Wem Watkins Copicat Super IC Tape Echo. Made in UK in the 1970's. It does a great job as a preamp too, in combination with a guitar amp it adds a nice organic distortion when the gain is pushed. It is in good working order, the case looks aged and a bit rough but the interior is good and it works well as it should, one thing to mention is that the red led power light isn't working and two knobs have been replaced (bottom right). It takes 4 inputs and has 4 different delay settings, the 4 different delays can be combined.
