National Park Service Wood Arrowhead Sign USFS Vintage Wooden Plaque SUPER RARE

This sign has been retired from use, as evident by the wear from the back of the sign where it had been hung for many years. I believe the fact that it was posted at the rangers station helped maintain its great condition despite being a vintage piece installed decades ago. This particular sign measures 18" long, and 14" wide, and is made of solid wood with the details being carved which looks possibly done by hand!!

These signs are extremely hard to come by, as most were probably destroyed or used as wood scraps after being retired, so this is a very lucky find. A very desirable piece that is sought after by many types of sign collectors, and will display great! This piece would be perfect for any National Park, forest service, vintage sign collector, etc.
