Rare Vintage Set Of 4 New Ford Super Deluxe Chrome Bumper Guards NOS

Set of 4 new I'm not sure if these are OEM or not I see no part number. I found them wrapped in the newspaper in the pictures. The newspaper is dated March 10th 1951.
