Super Rare 1960s Vintage Jean Richard Ladies Aquastar Divers Watch
As some of you who have asked know, I'm about to sell off the last 6 watches in my small collection of ladies/boys dive watches from the 60s and 70s. These are my all time favourites. Last up, a very handsome!
960s vintage hand-winding mechanical Jean Richard ladies Aquastar all-steel Swiss divers watch. Works fine and keeps good time. Bezel turns as it should. Lume intact and aged to a beautiful patina.
This is a very, very scarce watch, an almost exact version of the mens Jean Richard Aquastar only smaller. Dimensions: 29mm minus crown x 37mm lug to lug. For some, the hands might warrant a clean and re-lume but I have left the original dial and hands as they are (as the watch still presents well). There is a small brown mark (about 1.5 mm) on the dial between 5 & 6 and a small fleck on the inside of the crystal that can be removed.This rare watch is on a 16mm used vintage royal carp strap and, all in all, is in excellent condition. This watch has had a lot of wrist time and is suitable for everyday use.
