Very Rare and HtF Vintage Y2K Juicy Couture Cargo Strapless Mini Dress. Military green with grommet belt. Features front pockets and highly sought after back pockets! Edge of top strapless is distressed detail.

The top is bigger than waist. I wear size 34C bra and it was a tad loose on me at top. Can probably be taken in at seams.
