SUPER RARE Vintage Rock Band 3 Wireless Fender Precision Bass Xbox 360 NOS NIB

Never used, never assembled still brand new in the box even still has the crusty original batteries that it came with that were never installed. Are there even any of these still out there besides this one still new in the box? As you can see in the pictures, there is just one small rip on the box where it was opened incorrectly.
