Vintage 1960s Renwal HO 187 House AFire #460 Built Super Rare Please Look Close

This is an untested item with instructions. There is a wall on the backside of the house that appears to be missing.

It is a very rare Renwal HO scales house of fire kit number 460 unfortunately I did not find the last wall that goes to the back of it. If I do somehow come across it it will definitely be including for its age and timeframe. This is really cool a house burning that uses real water and real smoke.

As I said before this is not a tested item. The windows intentionally are broken and smoked on the front of the house where the fire is as you can see in the pictures. The gutters are also already falling off the house that is intentional as well. The roof has begun to sag that is intentional as well and you can see burnt place and rafters smoke will rise from this when it works properly and from what I can tell and what I understand is, there is a water pump and water reservoir, and the fireman actually hold a hose that is sprain water real water please look closely at the pictures.

You'll probably never see this one again and this is my very first one. It does come with the instructions, which is absolutely amazing to have the house and the instructions and you can possibly duplicate the wall that is missing and anything else that is missing or damaged. The two little green rocks I'm already certain are used to cover the screw heads on the house.
