Vintage Grey Sandoz Typhoon 1000m Super Dome Dive Watch super rare

Offered for sale for serious collectors is an excellent condition Sandoz Typhoon 1000m super dome grey dial watch. 1745-Z-84-5 with a FHF Automatic Cal. This watch has an asymmetric one piece monocoque case with screw to case back which forms an early helium escape valve. It has a grey dial with date. It has a unidirectional bezel, which on this watch is in great condition.

The watch has its correct super dome crystal which makes photo taking very difficult but looks great on the wrist. 42mm (43.5mm with screw-in crown). I believe the watch to be in original unpolished condition. The movement is keeping good time. I dont know the service history.

This grey face Typhoon rarely comes to market. The watch is on a Tropic strap.
