VINTAGE MCCULLOCH D-30 Chainsaw SUPER RARE LUMBER JACK D30 Pro Saw

Collectors, heres your chance for a rare vintage McCulloch Chainsaw!! The D30 was a 1 year production saw from May 1958-April 1959 according to. This particular model does not feature a bar oiler because it instead was designed to utilize crank case vapors to oil the bar, (they were running 10:1 fuel mix then). This turned out to be insufficient, subsequently, there was a recall done on all of these chainsaws and they were retrofitted with separate oil tanks. This model slipped through the recall increasing it's rareness. This saw will run with mixed fuel dribbled into the intake to start it and has strong compression. I've don't no other testing other than that.

I would assume the carburetor probably just needs cleaned and this could be a strong runner. Aside from missing a few screws here and there the saw is quite complete.

Includes the original McCulloch etched bar and original chain. Recoil starter works as it should -hard to find in this condition! Please check out the pictures.
