Vintage Mohawk Laser Bow Super Rare Designed by John Islas

Super Rare Mohawk Laser bow designed by John Islas. My dad was good friends with John and shot leagues with him in the 70s. John made this bow for my dad in black but if you look close you can see that the original color was like a brown black finish. From what i was told by my dad and John it was one of the first hand full of bow he made. Even the Smithsonian Museum ask John for one so they could put it on display which he did donate one. This was the first bow which combined recurve and compound bow together. It was also the fast bow on the market at the time.

This was the bow before Onieda Eagle bow company which john also owned and designed the a hand full off partners to market this bow. Bow has a 28-29 draw and 45lbs.

Still has its original string. Over all bow is in good shape. From what i know they made between 50-100 of them.
