He is still sealed in the original package. There is a spot on the bottom where the bubble is partially detached from the card. The rest of the bubble is firmly attached to the cardback.

The bubble also has some yellowing and has a dent near the top. The cardback is in good shape for it's age with only minor creasing and wear.
