Vintage Road Bike 1981 Alan Super Record with mixed Components RARE Bicycle
Alan Super Record Frame with mixed Componentry (record/dura ace) dated September 1981. This is a Rare Bike with the Frame in great condition, some of the stickers from the frame are missing.
Alan Super Record Frame dated September 1981 Frame is 55.5 Top Tube (c-c) Frame is in imaculate condition - some slight discoloration on the back of the forks and on the bridge connecting the chainstays. Some minor marks on some of the lugs but they should pollish out. Components - There is mixture of campy, dura etc. Please note i have done my best to identify what they are but i may have got the models wrong in some instances.
Brake Levers - Shimano BL-7300, Dura-Ace AX. Hoods have signs of aging but still in good condition Brakes - Compagnolo Super Record 4061 (V2) Headset - Suntour Superb Campagnolo Seat post Shimano quill Stem Christophe toe Straps Shimano FC-7200, Dura-Ace EX Crankset Chain - unknown - Rusted Cassette/freewheel - Unknown 7 speed Front Derrailleur -Campagnolo Record 1052/NT Rear Derrailleur - Campagnolo 4001, Super Record (2nd gen, matte finish) hubs - Campagnolo 1034, Record (Low Flange) Rims - Unknown Pedals - record or potentially super record, due to condition unable to tell (as the main difference was a TI axle, which can only be seen by comparing the material colours). Handlebars have been cut (by a former owner).Some parts have signs of rust/corrosion (particularly some of the bolts). Based in Adelaide for inspection. The estate we it from said that the bike has not been ridden for a long time and was never ridden much by the original owner. Sometimes we can do cheaper International Post by Courier. Please note: Due to postal regulations, Lithium Batteries cannot be posted overseas.
