Not sure of the condition of the battery but everything else is in perfect condition. It was available in two models: the Nortel Cordless 9000 and the Nortel Cordless 9030. The 9000 model had a range of up to 1000 feet outdoors and up to 300 feet indoors, while the 9030 model had a range of up to 2000 feet outdoors and up to 600 feet indoors.
